They did an amazing job. I am a fleet customer and they went above and beyond to make contact with my employer to ensure that I was taken care of in a timely manner. Very polite. Very respectful. I’ll keep going back for all my vehicles.

I have been using this Grease monkey location for over 2 years.
While the customer service experience here in the past hasn't been too good, I can state that today's experience under Micah's leadership, and with his team member Karen, was stellar.
They communicated well and Miss Karen went out of her way to help me with an issue with my dog while the technicians finished changing my oil.
This type of personal experience is what creates strong customer loyalty and keeps people coming back.
This team should be commended for their attention to detail and their hard work.
