Ms. Emily in Customer Service is a ROCK STAR!!! I've had different issues come up through different processes whether with pricing, purchasing, and returns and anytime I call Customer Service I hope she's the one who picks up the phone! If you are having issues or anything not go the way it should, GO to Emily in Customer Service and you'll be taken care of swiftly and with Excellence!

Placed an online order for a storage chest/garage work center. Drove an hour and a half to pick it up. The website stated that there were 4 available for pickup. When I arrived they had then floor display unit reserved with my name on it. The unit was beat up pretty badly with dings, scratches, paint chips, etc. I asked that they get me one of the other 3 available units. They said they only had this one. Inwas stuck with the beat up unit. I came all this way for disappointment. The big box stores do not care anymore. This past week, I've dealt with all of them for various reasons. Customer service is completely gone.

Josh is so helpful!! I was super frustrated with the service at Lowe’s so I went over to Home Depot and Josh saw me looking confused in the plumbing section and IMMEDIATELY asked what he could help me with and he didn’t just point and say “oh it should be over there” like they do at Lowe’s. He brought me over to where I needed to be and asked about my project so he could help make sure I was getting the exact right thing. Thanks, Josh. I’ll be looking for you during my next project, I’m sure!

Got our credit card # stole at this Home Depot... went there... talked with security and checker let her return item she bought with our stolen card # for cash money. Home Depot knew who she was... I don’t know what they did to checker but she violated policy...I did my own investigating and the thief was a local woman... I filed charges but never heard what happened??

The check out line was long of course. No one was at the self check out including myself. Self check out employee just stood over there looking at the long line.

I applied to work here. Got an email saying they are moving forward with my application, Log in to proceed with the next step in the hiring process...but when I try to log in....It says they are having trouble finding my info! So....I try to go to the contact us page for help, and it takes me to an OOPS...page not found screen! I WITHDRAW my application...I DO NOT want to work for this disorganized treat you like cattle instead of a person company!

Stop carrying the boards that go on the side of my house shiplap number 105 I don't even know if I want to go back to home Depot anymore after as much trouble as I'm having now
