“Walked in to a very pleasant greeting and friendly staff. Jessie was extremely accommodating to my room and parking requests as I had a boat. In addition, she helped me with information and office supplies. She went above and beyond to help!!
Customer service is sometimes tough to find but Jessie provided it without hesitation.
My room was clean and would highly recommend them to anyone staying in the area!

“Ms. Jamie is absolutely amazing, I'm 8 weeks pregnant and my husband and I reserved a non smoking room, however a previous person had smoked in the room without consent of the hotel. With no issues at all Ms. Jamie happily moved us to a room that definitely had no smoking smell residue whatsoever! She even was so considerate enough to also say she'd like to keep us downstairs bc of my pregnancy! 10/10 amazing customer service”
“Nice and clean. No complaints about room during our stay. Typical continental breakfast; however, waffle mix seemed to be very thin and was not cooking properly. I mentioned it to the lady at service desk and she immediately took out container and made fresh waffle mix. We will stay again when visiting”

“Great location with plenty of food options within walking distance. We went to Ralph and Kacoo's next door for late dinner. The hotel was clean and well decorated, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was up dated and spacious, the pool and property were beautiful, and the service was friendly and prompt. Next time we're in Lufkin, we will stay here again.”
