“They have excellent beds and staff here. I had an issue with the wifi that was resolved. The best hot tub ever. The hot tub was large with powerful jets and hot water. Very good stay”
“Ms. Jamie is absolutely amazing, I'm 8 weeks pregnant and my husband and I reserved a non smoking room, however a previous person had smoked in the room without consent of the hotel. With no issues at all Ms. Jamie happily moved us to a room that definitely had no smoking smell residue whatsoever! She even was so considerate enough to also say she'd like to keep us downstairs bc of my pregnancy! 10/10 amazing customer service”
“Do not allow the outside to fool you if you're expecting more in appearance than service. The rooms have been remodeled nicely and spacious. The AC's are already on and waiting. The updated blinds are so much better than the contemporary curtains. Absolutely no light comes in around the door and close tightly. Left for a few hours to come back to clean sheets, bed made, personal blanket folded at the end of the bed, clean counter and bathroom. A great continental breakfast. Great pool. The owner and her brother are absolutely amazing along with the staff. The only downside is they do not implement a quiet time during the nighttime hours.”

“We have found “our place in Lufkin”! Everything about our stay was perfect. Starting with the staff - Yvette on the front desk was so helpful as were all the front desk clerk. The breakfast was actually cooked by an amazing attendant (sorry I didn’t get her name) and she kept the area spotless. Everyone I. House keeping had a smile and did a fabulous job. We enjoyed the pool area and the water was perfect. Our room was clean and comfy. It was roomy and the felt had a great mattress and and linens. Jessica in sales was very outgoing and accommodating. We will be back!”
