They were only unhelpful. I will give them that they were a nicer bunch, that’s why the 2 star. However did not solve any problem I had and still charged $100 with no answer. The numbers they give you to fix said problem does not work, if you want to speak to a representative you have to pay. Genuinely H&R block you have done so much damage within my taxes last year and failed to ever tell me. Due to them i’m paying $200 just to get a problem fixed they caused. Don’t use them!

Diana and lady at the receptions desk took me in and helped me Soo much with all my tax needs. Very accurate, professional and courteous every step towards the end. I've been using H and R for over 15 yrs and this location and tax expert and employees treated me the best. 10 stars!😎

Overall great experience with H&R Block! The app made submitting documents super easy and our tax professional was very knowledgeable about our tax situation. She helped educate us on the process and gave us wonderful tips for next year. Everything was quick, painless, easy, and we got the maximum return we could. Will definitely be going back for year 3!

I recommend Sandra Barbosa at the 3009 John Redditt location I was greeted and had minimal wait time my tax prep was AMAZING she went above and beyond to do my taxes I was done and an hour she explained everything step by step answered any questions I had I highly recommend!!!
