i had stepped into the st first branch after experiencing some fraudulent charges while doing some online black friday shopping #canttrustnoone and i came in frantic and distraught as i thought i was going to have all my information stolen from those pirated websites. Marvin was exceptional in helping me out and assured me i would be taken care of and protected from those devious hackers. He set me up with a new account and walked me through the disputing process. God Bless Marvin and his customer service! #ubanksbest

My wife and I opened an account with over 100,000.00 and told there would be no hold then when we started spending are money a hold gets put on our account as soon as the hold is up we will be closing are accounts to bad I was going bring my business to this bank I’ll take my money elsewhere

Tellers are rude at the branch off of timberland. There needs to be a way you can just withdraw your funds from the atm without it being a limit so you don't have to deal with the rude tellers. The new branch is so far for atm use only.

I opened my account with a $100,000 deposit to try this Bank out. After my opening the account, I was treated very well, my calls were answered, and they would call me if something changed. I started using my funds and once they dropped below $20,000, all changed. Poor treatment, calls not answered or returned, lied to, and treated like a thug. I let my account close.
