I am a hard critic of people cutting or styling my hair. It’s naturally kinky curly and that is difficult for most stylists to deal with. I’ve had many stylists overs the years completely butcher my hair. Sandra is great, with her many years of experience, she not only cuts my hair with genuine ease, but she also talks to me throughout the entire process to make sure I am the one in charge of the final product.

I was frustrated with my hair a few months ago. I decided to give Jc Penny Salon a call just to see their availability. I got in same day and had the pleasure to get a haircut by one of the nicest hairstylists; Deborah!
I simply had to return after my first great cut, and immediately asked for her. Once again - I was able to be seen same day and received such a wonderful haircut that exceeded my expectations! She is awesome and I WILL for sure return!!

Very bad experience..unprofessional and don't know what they are doing...had to wait for 20 minutes inspite of appointment and then she didn't cut my hair properly and didn't set after the cut..looks like she was in rush or didn't get proper training. Eyebrow wax was torture..two people have to get on to finish waxing which made my eyebrows swollen..

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about hair, but salon not equipped for African American hair. Stylist had a hard time matching my hair color.

Had an order placed on the 16th of may was told it would be in buy June 1st and wasn’t so now waiting on a refund and getting the run around about it also this is the first time we have used JCPenney for anything and will be our last time!!!!!

Wife went in, with clean wet hair (as always), for trim only. Usually charged $18...was charged $32 today, but didn't realize it til she got home \u0026 double checked bank. Salon just lost not only her business..but mine as well. Feel very betrayed..been using same stylist for over 3 years

It had been so long since I'd done anything to my hair so I went in for a change of style. I've been using this salon since I was 13 and I've always come out happy. My most recent trip was a trim, fixing the style, adding some layers, adding highlights and toning. My stylist was very kind and communicative about the whole process. One section lifted a little more than I had wanted and she took the extra time to fix that one strand for me. Very happy with their service, always.Service: Haircut
