I went to the salon today to get a much needed hair cut and I was blessed to get Deborah Hechler! She was super sweet and knew exactly what I wanted to do with my hair! Will definitely go back to her!

Horrible service: My wife bought a mascara because an employee said it was fresh and good. Turned out to be a $30 waste, dry as Sahara desert. No more Sephora counter at JC Penny, so the employee suggested a different mascara, and the result is above review.

It has been years since I've been to JCP, but this place was worth the visit. The customer service was exceptional. Every sales associate we encountered was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable of their department.

Only 1 star tried to renew JC Pennies credit card. 40 mins working with credit dept. Clerk probably working from home, . They wanted too much info. Including sending pictures of drivers license and pic., of myself. Why.... I will shop somewhere else...

I had ordered on line to deliver at store. Was told it would be in Aug 15...which was 2 weeks after I ordered. I called JCPenney to please make a notation I would be in to pick it up...the following weekend because I was out of town.The person who answered the phone at JCPenney said she would put a not on my account. Drove 39 miles to pickup my order...........It had been sent back.....no notation on my account supposedly......no ones name or employee number to be accountable for this.Poor customer service.Could be why so many are going out of business.I have been a customer for 16 years.....!!!!!
