The service was top notch! They were quick to get me in, and Ruben did a great job answering questions along the way from the first meeting until he handed me the keys after running my vehicle through the wash after the service was done. I hope I don't need to have any more work done on our Trax, but I would have no problem bringing it to y'all. I will also spread the word to others!

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
I scheduled an appointment online for a 100K mile service and to have my check engine light diagnosed. When I arrived, there were no signs or directions indicating where to check in. I had to track someone down just to figure out where to go—and no one greeted me.
Once I found someone, I was asked who my appointment was with (which I didn’t know, since I booked it online). I was met with an eye-roll and then directed to a service advisor. I explained that I needed both the scheduled service and the check engine light diagnosed. Instead of helping, the advisor dismissed me and passed me off to another advisor, Rubin.
Rubin told me it would take hours just to look at the vehicle, and I had to ask for a shuttle—something that should have been offered upfront. Meanwhile, he sat there eating chips and barely acknowledged me. I explained that I had an extended warranty and just needed to get the details from the dealer I bought the truck from. I told him I’d email it as soon as they opened. He then said they wouldn’t even look at the vehicle until they had the warranty info, and that I’d be charged for the repairs without my approval.
At that point, I got back in my truck and left. There is absolutely no way I would trust this service center with my vehicle, my money, or my warranty. Extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful staff. I will never return—and I strongly suggest others avoid this place as well.

This was my first time purchasing a car myself, The whole JM Chevrolet team was amazing, Austin was my sales agent. They were very kind, professional, and patient. The made sure to check every concern that I had to make sure I was getting the right fit. Austin took the time to help me know what all the new buttons were since I was upgrading from a very old car. They even prayed over the car with me when I asked them too. Would absolutely recommend going to JM for your next vehicle purchase!

recently bought a 2008 Jeep and a 2025 Chevy Colorado, and my salesman Gus was absolutely great to work with! From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, fast, and easy. Gus was super friendly, answered all my questions, and really took the time to make sure I was happy with both vehicles. It’s rare to find someone who makes buying a car this stress-free, but he did just that. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would definitely recommend Gus and the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!
