Has this worker help me, I wish I could remember his name, but he had long hair and face piercings, and I felt absolutely treated nicely. I asked for shoes and he brought those and others he thought I would like, and he also brought me socks that were in sale. Great experience!

I wandered into the store today as a last ditch effort to find a new pair of black running shoes. I had visited all the other store in the mall to no avail. I was warmly greeted by Mariah, she listened to my list of wants and made a great suggestion. She asked my size and came back with two pair for me to try on. She gave me the size I asked for and mentioned they run on the bigger side and she was spot on! The second pair she had brought was perfect! Everything I’d asked for! She was very sweet, attentive and super fast! I’m super grateful to have run into her. Whatever you are paying her, she deserves more!

Be careful buying from here:/ Placed an order in store with cash for a pair of shoes. They said they could not get the shoes so THEY canceled the order. Now the manager said we have to wait 3-4 weeks to get the money back. They said they can’t refund us the money(even with the receipt) in the store, that we have to wait until the check is mailed.I did reach out a couple of times but was told there was nothing further Journeys could do regarding the matter. Also, I contacted customer service but nobody took the call. It went to voicemail.

My feelings were hurt! I feel that if you are a black female stay out of there. Colletes attitude was awful.

I was looking for a pair of shoes for my toddler. I knew I wanted a pair of Converse and a pair shoes with Velcro instead of laces. As soon as I walked in, I saw the pair of Converse I'd been looking at online. Kevin, the store manager, was there and immediately helped me out with sizing. Because my son wasn't there, I had to look at a few different sizes. He did not have a problem with pulling different sizes. I told him that I was looking for a pair of shoes with Velcro as well. He showed me all the different styles they had. I was able to select a pair and a size with ease. They did not have the size that I needed in stock, but they offered to ship them to my house for free. I was in the store on Monday afternoon and the shoes were at my house by Wednesday afternoon. They were packaged well and delivered quickly. Before coming into the store, I had no idea that it existed. This will be the place that we purchase shoes for my son from this point forward. Thank you for all the help.

Journeys Kidz had the color of Chuck Taylors that I was looking for. As a matter of fact they have a large variety of colors of Converse All Star shoes. The staff across the way at Journeys came to get the guy waiting on me, to do something at that store, so i felt rushed and hurried. As soon, as i paid, he immediately left the store and yes it was unattended and no, i did not take anything. Not my lifestyle nor character.
