The employees are rude and don't seem to care a bit about taking care of the customers or providing services they advertise. How do you offer money orders and check cashing services then refuse to cash a blank and intact money order that the customer no longer needs that they bought from you? Receipt from the original purchase in hand, as well. False advertising at the very least.

JRD has protected my parcels, my privacy, mailed things for me, and every single service has been worth what I paid! When they were moving, a cold pack came to the old address from Bird's Eye for testing purposes. JRD Mail got this and held it for me despite the errors in the address. No place provides better mailing services than JRD!

JRD has provided many services to me over the years. They are always professional and courteous. Yes, there are fees, but they go out of the way for every customer. Today was the first day I heard of this place here in Lufkin. I found them after looking for a notary. They were absolutely awesome! Thank you guys for being so incredible.

This store is horrible. It nickel and dimes people to death. No tape on your package? They charge you 1.50 for tape. The have all sorts of charges. The other mail stores in town are way way way more helpful. Avoid this mail store at all costs

This place is terrible. The store even charges for taping a box -two dollars. The store will nickel and dime you to death. It charges 3 percent to cash a check. It's sole purpose is to take advantage of the poor people who have no other means to get to better stores in town. The other mail stores are way better

I went in today to mail my son his Christmas tree and gifts for his first one away from home and the kind lady who waited on me carefully wrapped each item with love just as if I had been doing it myself. With tears running down my face she told me she appreciated my sons service and would say extra prayers for him. THIS is the reason I shop local and not the USPS.
