I don't have a deductible for labs. I have gotten blood work done there for years. The last time I went in they wanted me to pay them 100 dollars and they said it would be returned if not used. I told them I don't have a deductible. They refused to speak with my insurance Co after I conacted them they said it was corporate and I asked for corporate s number. They said they did not have a number to corporate. I took my orders and left. They are contracted with my insurance company.

Not sure why they have anyone working there, no one has compassion for anyone, and the lady at the front desk is nothing more than a paper weight. Refuses to help anyone with check Ins. If you go for a drug test be ready to pee yourself, they don't care.

I came in twice to try to get a pre employment screen and the lady at the front desk (one was named Ronda) was rude as ALL get out not just to me but to other clients. Short snappy attitude & comments made while listening to other clients asking her questions. RBF from hell.

Having blood drawn at LabCorp has never hurt me and they got me processed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone.

There is literally no way to reach them directly in lufkin. It's a 99% automated system that's a maze to navigate and when I finally got a HUMAN on the phone they were in a completely different state.

It's obvious that none of the employees at this Labcore location have the slightest understanding of sterile environment or supplies. I was handed a paper coffee cup and plastic lid to collect a urine sample. I chastised the employee stating this was not the typical sterile clean catch bottle and was told that is what they use for urinalysis. I requested another type of container and was given a tiny bottle that had tape sealing the top. Also had to drink more water, so young Hispanic woman handed me a cup identical to first urine cup and told to drink from water fountain. This urinalysis was to prove/disprove urinary infection from a test Monday and pre-surgery next Wednesday. I can understand why there are so many misdiagnosis made in Lufkin Tx. Thank God all our Dr's are in Houston!!!

I had the worst experience ever getting a blood draw today. The phlebotomist stuck my right arm and proceeded to dig around in my arm without getting a vein. I suggested she use a butterfly in my hand as I told her that had worked before. She said "we don't have any of those and called another lady. This second lady proceeded to continue digging around the same site with no luck. I asked her to check out veins on the underside of my arm that hospital used for IVs. She acknowledged these and got a big vein which did the trick. A patient trusts the lab people to be knowledgeable and professional and shouldn't have to tell them where to draw their blood. This was the worst lab experience I have had in my 72 yrs.Jim Dorsett

I made a 9 am appointment but I wasn’t called back until 9:20 am. Maybe they were behind? But what really bothered me was a man that came in and told the receptionist he didn’t know how to check in. She told him to just put his drivers license in the slot. He went to the computer check in and stood there for a bit-he was maybe a little challenged so he really did need help. I got called back-got my blood drawn. I heard two employees tell him to just turn his license over but no one helped him. When I came out the poor guy was still just standing there. I asked if I could help him and we got him checked in. It took two minutes. Where is our compassion??

Don't use Walgreens or LabCorp for COVID PCR testing. You could infect half the country and die of old age before you get results.

The blonde shoulder length haired lady was very rude to me, and on top of that she missed my vein completely and continued to dig deeper into my arm and circle around in it trying to find my vein. She had to call in another lady to do it instead and she got it first try. It seemed intentional because she was very rude to me and gave me a dirty look since I walked in.

The woman with the shoulder length blond hair was very rude. Responded to a legitimate question with a demeaning attitude! She has no business working with human beings. Makes me very upset that someone feels like they have the right to treat people rudely!

Failed to provide proper instructions for return of specimen sample, then with attitude blamed my doctor for not informing me of their procedures. Ridiculous and terribly rude. Thankfully, not the only lab in town.
