The customer service is bad at the location and in Lufkin both by phone and in person I'm so glad I paid them off they never have to worry about me ever using them again I advise people stay away interest way too high and you have to constantly call down there to check on your account use this business with caution

Please be advised once you start an application your credit is automatically pulled once you submit your name Social Security number.I did not complete my application but received a denial letter in the mail showing I had been denied a loan.When I called the office I was told they tell you once they begin the application, although the application is not submitted,your credit is automatically pulled.I don't recall being given this information when they started my application over the phone.I didn't even know the application was completed since I didn't continue giving the requested information.

Was told Friday that my application was approved then today (Monday) when I went to take my paperwork to them, they told me I was denied. It's like as soon as they seen my skin color, no less than 30 minutes later, phone call saying I was denied.

I was going to sale my motorcycle for 6500 to a man that was going to buy it. He told me he was getting it financed thru this company. It was going to cost him $13,000 to do the deal. I talked him out of buying my bike. I will not be a part of helping a company like this take advantage of people. Buyers BEWARE

I have no complaints on the loan I got through them. Customer service was nice, trustworthy. Interest wasn't the best, but thankfully I was able to pay the loan off early. Would go through them again if needed.

They get people financed all the time when others cannot! I send them my buyers all the time for financing who don’t have the best credit!
