This place is amazing and that’s no exaggeration! We’ve lived in all different parts of the US, so I have a lot of experience with veterinarians and kennels to back up that claim. My corgi, Windsor, has been a guest at their Luxury Pet Hotel and a client of Dr. Woods for 2 years now and he agrees! The first thing you’ll notice is that Kelly and the staff are the friendliest and most efficient around. They are kind and compassionate and offer your pets the best care to meet their (and your) needs. They genuinely enjoy being with your pets and it shows in the relationship they’ve built with my Windsor. Dr. Woods has been so kind to Win and me as my boy has gone through a few issues that required his attention. He has always been willing to take the time to explain what was happening and the steps that were needed to help Win feel better. The Luxury Boarding is the best I’ve come across and the staff has been so accommodating in meeting my requests for Windsor’s needs. I feel comfortable having him stay with them for a day or for a week. I know he will be cuddled and cared for while I’m away. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful staff and so kind and willing to help your fur babies any way they can. They are willing to work with you within your budget and do what it takes to make your baby better. They saved my cat today and were so kind and helpful with me and understanding. The place was so clean and nice smelling I loved being able to look in and see the doggy pool and boarding area looked very clean and all the baby's looked so happy.

I must say, I took my fur baby to this vet because I heard some good things about them. We had been using the same vet for the 11 years she was here with us. Well, I took her to this vet so they could see what was wrong with her. She was not feeling good and she was having some issues. They ran some tests on her and told me they would need to hospitalize her. I was okay, I wanted her better. This was on a Thursday and they told me she would get to come home on Monday if she is doing better. Throughout the weekend I would receive a text that she was doing much better, her attitude was better, she was not having blood in her stool and she was eating well. I was told she was like a puppy even at her age. Sunday she was way better and I was told I would get to come get her the next day. The tech that sent me the message said my fur baby was outside walking around with her and she was doing good and that was at 9:00PM she had her out walking her around. On Monday morning, my husband got a call and they told him she had passed. Now this was the biggest letdown in the world being I had been told she was doing fine. They told us that they tried everything to save her. I would pay whatever it took to get her better. She has been apart of our family for a 11 years, and you would do anything for a family member that has been that close to you. Even pay for whatever just to get them better. So when my husband went to go pick up her ashes, they had no remorse and just was like " Here you go and here is what you owe us" I understand the cost for the cremation but with that cost you are also paying for "service" which I guess in our world it just comes down to " heres your bill now pay us" We lost a family member in their care!!! Sometimes it seems most businesses are about nothing but money and this is one I feel is exactly that.

Our new puppy was having issues, called and was able to get a quick appointment. I felt very comfortable from the moment we walked in. The staff were all so friendly and caring! We also got a quick appointment for our older dog. Both doctors were very friendly and explained everything that was needed and done. Five stars are not enough!

I use to go to a different vet for a long time until he wasn't able to do surgery on my dogs salivary gland so I had to go to a new one. I'm so happy someone told me about Lone Star Veterinary Clinic. The vet was able to do the surgery for less than half of what houston would have charged. He did and amazing job. And the ladies that work there are very nice and have answered many questions of mine, even over the phone! Can't recommend this place enough!

When we lived in Lufkin this is where we took our cats for vet care. Everyone was always kind, courteous, and we were always happy with the care our cats received.

I love Lone Star Vertinary Clinic. I have used Dr Craig for many years with my own furry and feathered babies. I probably over used when I managed small pets and birds at Petsmart. For the last more than several years he has cared for our hard cases at Diboll Alley Cats. He is honest, up front and makes sure I understand the problems with our kitties. He is kind and caring and always makes it seem like myself and whatever baby I bring are very important. (I love the new vet too, she's great) I owe many thanks to Lone Star for giving some of these babies longer and healthier lives. Some couldn't be saved but most were given the care they needed. My eternal gratitude to Lone Star. Also, the staff and techs are wonderful. Thank you all for caring!!!

We have been a long time customer ever since we moved here during the initial Lockdowns, any time our animals came down with even the slightest sniffles they took every precautionary method. Their help added additional years to our eldest piggie; This clinic and all the wonderful employees who work here, have been nothing short of a godsend to our family. Our piggy passed on and we couldn't afford any kind of burial/etc, they offered assistance and allowed us to pay the full amount at a later date, instead of bullying us for cash during a difficult time.
