Worst customer service in lufkin. And after you figure out where everything is on your own and answer any questions, you might have yourself..... you will get the pleasure of checking yourself out because they likely will only have self checkout available

The employees here do not care about the customers. It’s pouring down rain and I’m in the store with 3 kids so I asked the lady out check out if I could exit through the other door so we don’t have to walk so far in the rain, she says yes. So me and my kids walk to the other door but it’s exit only. I asked the employee standing right next to the exit if we could leave through that door she said no. So we started walking back to the other side of the door and right as we turned the corner she opened that same employee opened that door and exited that same door. Then I told the lady near the cash register the other door is exit only she said yeah I know. She could have saved me the trouble of walking back in fourth in the first place. Both employees were very inconsiderate!

Came in store asked for help! Encountered the manager Theron ONE WORD RUDE! I was ready to turn around and leave for Home Depot and Tulia ? Came up SHE SAVED THE DAY!
Someone needs to give Theron the manager a lesson or 2 in customer service! Very arrogant! Told me if I needed an electrician I needed to ho somewhere else! Got in my space and said very brisket said " hey wait a minute you listen" I hope to NEVER encounter him again!
Hoping corporate sees this!

Bought a major appliance from them and it broke within 3 days. Called them about it and they just said so sorry we can't help you! You would think they might value their customers, but NO. It has been an ordeal! They also owe me $50 and when I asked the agent at the customer service desk about it she simply said I'll check on it and hung up on me. She didn't ask my name, number or anything! Just simply hung up! So I don't recommend Lowe's to anyone! If you do shop with them prepare to be dismissed once they have your hard earned money!

I came in with my mother to get new flooring for her. She had already been in and saw what she liked. But, Rebecca in flooring is the most unhelpful and rude employee in this store. No interest whatsoever in helping the customer. Employees like her put a bad stain on Lowe’s. Needless to say, we went elsewhere.

I use the pro app. The service is always friendly. The garden center needs service. It smells like they have a sewer leak. But you don't see evidence of it. I love both the Jessica's. They always go out of their way and always are a pleasure to have help me if I need help.
