Still, it remains a safe and clean space where people can walk, exercise, or enjoy leisure activities like watching movies or getting their hair and nails done. The mall continues to host some favorite stores, including JCPenney, and a couple of stores sell Hey Dude shoes, allowing customers to try on items in person. Despite its shrinking size, the mall offers a good shopping experience, with friendly and fast service, as seen with recent shoe purchases and returns. Many visitors believe malls like this are important for the community and encourage shopping in person to support local businesses and enjoy the tactile experience of shopping offline.
