We have been going to McCoys for 3 years now since we started renovations on a fixer upper. Have spent a lot of money there and no complaints. But today we went to put in a large order for doors and windows and no one was available to help us. We were told to come back Monday. I understand its thanksgiving weekend but it's black Friday. How is there not one employee available to give us pricing or place a custom order or even update our account? Disappointed and wasted a good part of our morning going there when we could have spent that time working on the house.

This is my second time coming here to delivery supplies for them , this is the tape of dedicated router a driver wish to have every single time the minute you enter the lot is nothing but friendly stuff from the outside stuff to inside stuff very helpful , polite and friendly, you feel like coming here every day to deliver supplies 3.5 hours drive I do it every day without thinking about it, keep up the good work :)).

The cleanest and most organized mcCoys I have ever been to and I'm 66 years old and been in construction all my life. Yard and store are picture perfect. Totaly organized and friendly staff. WOW. I'm impressed. Corporate must be proud !!

Wants $170 for a meter box I don't know where they come up with that price but they lost their mind. It's a tin box with four aluminum lugs they are $50-60 everywhere else.

I would advise against anybody shopping here if you plan on doing a major project. Nobody in the store was confident in what they were talking about and seemed to be unsure about basic questions about their products. We paid for a delivery and unfortunately some of our items were wrong. Everybody at the store and in the delivery department seemed to be on a different page. No receipt and no details on a very expensive project. Hate to do this kind of thing, but also hate to have a bad experience. Just a heads up for anybody thinking about that next big project around the house or at the job site.
