“I usually have a love for this pharmacy so I hesitated to this but I cannot stand how I was treated by a manager I've never seen before. I was tempted to switch pharmacies because no one has time for this. They made a mistake but ultimately blamed me for it. I tried explaining but she just steam rolled me. I've never had an issue before, but you can bet the next time I see her, she will NOT be serving me. I'm not allowing someone to speak to me that way while also avoiding responsibility. I had to do their job for them concerning my seizure medication. I babysat them for 4 days trying to get this done. Recently there's been a shift up there. I hope it doesn't last.”
