Yall better be careful if you choose to go to this location. I am calling the owner out on this one and I have recipts to prove your employees are thieves. Short version we went in to get 2 new phones and a tablet left with 2 new phones (free) 2 tablets (1 free and 1 50.00) a speaker and 2 tablet cases that the guy sp called gave us for free as gifts. We had 2 transactions totaling 336 and change between those 2 transactions we asked for receipts the guy says they dont print them anymore and that I would get one from metro via text. Sure enough later we got those messages but they show metro only received 189 from our 2 transactions. So I call metro they can't do anything but said go back to the store so we did the manager made every excuse he could to cover his employees theft. He even gave us 2 phone chargers (said we were supposed to get them free the first day we came) as a gift and another speaker (as an apology for all of the trouble). We knew exactly what he was doing trying to buy us with free junk. So I made him reprint the receipts from the first day we went in I look and we were charged for the first free speaker and 3 phone chargers ????? On the 2nd receipt we were supposed to be charged 50 for a tablet instead the receipt has a charge for a charger and activation fee... The first receipt has the phones, Sims and activation along with the speaker and 2 phone chargers. I confronted the manager with the information on the receipts and he just kept making excuses and treated us like we were stupid. So to the owner please respond with your email address so I can send you my receipts I would like for you to see for yourself how your customers are being robbed in your store while you are also being ripped off by your employees.

This location and the guy working SUCKS!!! Rude RUDE RUDE! The worker was sitting in his car when we arrived, let the door close on my mom, then told her “you not about to waste my time”! It’s a total NO 0/10 would not recommend! You can spend your well earned currency elsewhere.

went in in 3/22/24 to change service to new phone..i am from Kaufman, Texas and was traveling to i stopped by this Lufkin location to changed my myber from my old Galaxy AO3S to my new S24+.guy lied the entire time..charged me almost $40 to change phone #, said i cannot use same sim card, charged me for that..THEN said they have a promotion for FREE tablet or wifi and it would NOT change my bill at all..I asked him TWICE! tried to order from AMAZON today and use free prime that has come with my metro pcs membership for years and is gone! called metro and they said my bill is now $71 instead of $62 and the plan they put me on does not include AMAZON PRIME! this store changed my plan and added an entire line to my account..THIS STORE IS DECEITFUL AND THE WOMAN AND MAN SHOULD BOTH BE FIRED..i am on the phone with corporate now to report the issue, i am filing with the BBB and also placing this review on all platforms that will allow it..my plan is getting fixed, but i am still having to pay a little extra bc they had to change my plan back to the $60 plan bc the STORE IN LUFKIN PUT ME ON A $48 plan which is the lowest..so hey basically get some type of incentive for pushing the govenrnment program tables and wifi on people..I DONT NEED ANY OF THIS MESS! DO NO USE THE STORE IN LUFKIN NEXT TO HEB!

So rude first of all my phone wasn't working so I went to the store. The two boys in there were yelling back and forth on who was going to fix it. Then when I still was asking questions the guy walked away. Such a waste of money to use metro you just lost an 10 year customer

Phone broke and i had to buy a new one but couldnt get it switched over for 2 days because they wouldn't do it over the phone and it cost me another $24 to activate it.

Screw these ppl! Worst customer service ever!! Been having problems making autopay and paying on the phone! I the problem is on there end but now I have to pay an extra fee cause of there problem!! Screw yall!!
