So far I have taken three vehicles there for AC problems, and every time they have diagnosed them and repaired them at a reasonable cost. They were easy to work with, they kept me informed and called me, and my car was ready for pick up. I definitely recommend them.

I was recommended here by a friend of a friend. I was told by ************ needed an expansion valve replaced and that would be it. One week after paying $150.00 the A/C quit cooling. I took it back in and I was told by ***** they would be adding dye to see about the leak. The cool air only lasted a few days after picking it up this time. Took it back and ***** said all he could do was add coolant as he wanted me to contact car company to see about fixing the A/C on warranty. He acted as if didn't want to mess with it because was now told it was A/C condenser, that it would be big job considering the location of the A/C condenser. Gassed my car very hard when I told him about unusual noise in transmission. A few minutes after driving off car started shaking very bad and engine light came on. Took it back only for ***** to hook up to diagnostic machine and tell me it's nothing to worry about, that I need to get with car company that sold me the car.I am very disappointed in service. I was never followed up with as told by ***** regarding getting an estimate to the car company.

Terrible customer service. Said he makes his own diagnostic of the issues after I told him my heater wasn’t blowing warm air. I get it back after almost a week says he has the heater blowing air. Well that wasn’t the problem. It’s not blowing warm! He told me over the phone “oh now the story changed” basically called me a liar even though “he makes his own diagnosis of the problem”Charged me $1100.00. I also just had a system installed and when I left his shop to call him hands free my Bluetooth microphone isn’t working. So I tell him my microphone isn't working and he said he is going to charge me…. Even though it worked before and he pulled my whole dash apart( including the radio) and didn’t even fix a thing. And just a few months after he worked on it and told me my heater core was good and didn’t need replaced it starts leaking in the floorboard! Literally the worst customer service I have had in my life. So I paid 1100.00 for him to make the situation worse.Service: Air conditioning

Wow! Such great guys at Mike's. While on vacation, we had a minor problem with our car, and went there based on previous reviews. After we explained our situation, they got the car into the shop immediately, and within a few minutes had the problem solved. When I asked for the bill, I was told "don't worry about it". So I cheerfully made a "donation", and we were on the road again!
