They literally stole my money. I went inside and paid 20 dollars cash, told the lady to have a nice day and she told me to do the same. But no pre-paid amount showed up on pump 14. Not even 5 minutes had passed when I went back inside to see if there had been a pump mixup when the lady looked at me like I was crazy and asserted she had not taken my money, she had no 20 dollars receipts for the day and no one on pump 14. I was very civil and was trying to ask about cameras or her register being over and she said she couldn't look and I would need to talk to a manger. So I very much would like to talk to a manger as I was in the gast station and am out my money, and know I will show up on camera handing the money over.

If there was a zero star option, I’d select it. This is undoubtedly one of the busiest gas stations in Lufkin and it’s super convenient, being right in front of Walmart.
The sad part is this: many of the credit card readers are not functional and the receipt printers are generally always out of paper at whichever pump I seem to select. This forces you to go inside and be trapped in a long line to wait for a receipt. This is a continuous problem at this station and no one working there seems interested in calling the corporate office and asking for help in fixing anything. PITIFUL!!!
The lady working there was very dismissive when I mentioned this at the counter. All she could say is “HAVE A NICE DAY!” 🤣

Are yall ever gonna fix these card readers? Every pump I go to at this station, the card readers don't work and then, since none of them work, there's a long wait line to prepay and what would've been a quick, 2 minute stop, turns into a 7-8 minute ordeal or I end up going to another gas station

Their hours say they close at 12:30am. It’s 11:45, both doors are locked.

There is always several of the pumps bagged up out of service and lines of cars circling around trying to get gas. Don't have time for that hot mess.

WALMART CARDS ARE NO GOOD HERE! Can't use then for a $.03 discount on gas anymore!WALMART WON'T TELL YOU THAT! DON'T GET THE GIFT CARDS! Would be nice to know in advance!!! ?

Always a line out the door but only one cashier working. Most of the time there is another employee standing around but not checking out customers. Have to ask the clerk to unlock the soda cooler to get a drink. Don't tell them you have any kind of medical condition they laugh at you.

I ran my debit card to get gas...after accepting my card, pump had no gas so i hang up nozzle and drive away..then later i look at my bank account online and says 75.00 Murphy's pending.Im sure it will be put back on my account but this is B.S..I got no gas but they hold 75.00 on my account .i like paying with my card as many stations offer that take off only the amount i purchase . The lines at the pumps are too much to deal with just to save a few measly pennies ..I wont be buying fuel there again. When a person gets poor service there are many more options ?
