“I’ve worked in some sort of office since I was 15… that’s almost 30 years.. ???♀️ Copy machines have been a nemesis of mine. I’ve joked that when I retired I could be a technician. Nothing is more frustrating than to call your company and they want to walk you through troubleshooting all the things before they will come out. For the past couple of years, we have have used Texas Document Solutions and they are the absolute best! Their Sharp machines are user friendly and easy to use and provide good quality copies. Today, we had splotches on our copies. Within 2 hours a technician was here and come to find out it was our paper and not the machine. He still did a thorough cleaning and had a good laugh at our expense. It’s hard to get good customer service these days so if you are looking, give them a call! There are worth it!”
