“I’ve worked in some sort of office since I was 15… that’s almost 30 years.. ???♀️ Copy machines have been a nemesis of mine. I’ve joked that when I retired I could be a technician. Nothing is more frustrating than to call your company and they want to walk you through troubleshooting all the things before they will come out. For the past couple of years, we have have used Texas Document Solutions and they are the absolute best! Their Sharp machines are user friendly and easy to use and provide good quality copies. Today, we had splotches on our copies. Within 2 hours a technician was here and come to find out it was our paper and not the machine. He still did a thorough cleaning and had a good laugh at our expense. It’s hard to get good customer service these days so if you are looking, give them a call! There are worth it!”
“Many people, myself included, don't own a printer, or at least refuse to pay the outrageous prices for printer ink. Look no farther than the local office depot for all of your printing needs! I was able to print a few documents straight from my phone to their printers, and the price was very reasonable. They got some cool stuff in there too, check it out sometime!”
