Great friendly service. The store was neat and clean. Needed to find my size pants and staff helped me find them in the stack while she was straightening and folding the pants section. The cashier was very professional.

I went in today and found a bunch of great pieces for myself, a plus size woman. I think that Old Navy does a great job at representing women of all sizes with their products, however their men’s section is lacking. I couldn’t find anything for my boyfriend. Not only do they not include plus size men’s clothing in store, the website doesn’t have options for them either. The brand as a whole needs to do better. I understand that some stores specifically have a big/tall section for men, but Old Navy claims to be body positive and inclusive but they do not include that for men.

I went in here for the first time and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the store manager she was very professional and helped me find what I needed. im 6ft and large t-shirts do not fit me and an xl is to big. So she suggested I needed a "large tall" now my shirts do not ride up my waist anymore! Thanks again ms. Whitney!
