It is a nice, clean, and professional place. The staff is consistently great, amazing, supportive, caring, kind, thoughtful, and heartfelt. They are friendly and treat residents with dignity and respect, taking care of loved ones like they are their own. The selfless caregivers, front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen staff all contribute to a wonderful environment. The therapy is outstanding and amazing, with great outcomes, noticeable results, progress, and really great return to home rates. The Activity Department offers a variety of fun things to keep residents busy and happy. The food is good. It is a highly recommended place for anyone in need of a facility, providing true peace of mind. Visitors forget they are in a nursing home. It is a great place with a great team all around.

My Aunt was there for 6 weeks and she was very impressed by the way she was treated and taken care of. The staff was great and very supportive and caring. The food was good and she had no complaints. I highly recommend that if you need to go to a facility for any reason please call Parkwood in the Pines.

Great place to bring your love ones. Friendly staff. Good food. They will take care of your loved one like they are their own. It's a beautiful building.
