Me and my pet love to visit the store. The only reason I'm giving it four stars and not five is because they only carry clothes and harnesses for really big dogs. They don't have anything for my really small dog

Half of the pet tanks were empty, so I went back 2 weeks later and same thing. Management needs to keep up on restocking.

We have always had great service from knowable employees at pet smart. However, todays experience was not up to par. I was very disappointed in the way the employee spoke to me. I would love the opportunity to express how the comments made me feel as a faithful customer.

The gentleman that helped me in the fish department was very friendly. The moment I stepped into the area he came to help me, answered all my questions and gave me advice. Hate that I can't remember his name. Very friendly staff.
