“I usually have a love for this pharmacy so I hesitated to this but I cannot stand how I was treated by a manager I've never seen before. I was tempted to switch pharmacies because no one has time for this. They made a mistake but ultimately blamed me for it. I tried explaining but she just steam rolled me. I've never had an issue before, but you can bet the next time I see her, she will NOT be serving me. I'm not allowing someone to speak to me that way while also avoiding responsibility. I had to do their job for them concerning my seizure medication. I babysat them for 4 days trying to get this done. Recently there's been a shift up there. I hope it doesn't last.”
“Fast and friendly. Most of the time my other pharmacy wouldn’t have my meds in time. Then I would skip a day or two. Sam’s pharmacy has it in time. Usually when I order it’s ready the same day or the day after. The staff are very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.”
“Clean store and clean parking area. Friendly staff. Found quite few deals on Gap items and fresh fruits. If you happen to do deliveries here, the back of the store can be accessed from the Walmart side ( from 59, turn right on BW Xing, cross Bentwood dr followed by a light left and than a right into the last drive so you can pass the "pick up area" in order to follow the drive around the store to the docs.”

“Pharmacist Demarcus went above and beyond the call of duty when my niece visited me and forgot her prescription in Dallas. He compared the different ingredients in the generic drugs in order to replicate the brand name drug she usually takes and gave her the print outs for future comparison. All this on the evening before Easter Sunday. What a wonderful employee! Thank you for his perseverance.

“I love how fast and efficient the drive thru is. If I have to wait it usually takes less than 10 minutes (more like 5 or less). The store is very neat and clean and all of the employees are nice and helpful. This is by far my most favorite CVS pharmacy”

“Sam’s is a pretty good place to obtain bulk quantities, and most of the time the prices are comparable to or lower than those of other merchants. A recent change to their deli operation is a big negative, however. Now you have to place your order through your phone instead of being able to place your order with a person at the counter. The deli prices allowed me, as a senior on a fixed income.
Update: Deli customers can now have two ordering options. Customers can still order through the Sam’s app, but there is now a pay station at which customers can order and pay with cash. That’s a welcome change for those who prefer not to have to download the Sam’s app to order and purchase items from the deli.”
