We stopped here for the night. This place is severely run down. The showers were not very clean. The restrooms were disgusting. The restaurant beside them was good but that was the only positive for this place.

Nice location, not much truck parking. But it's clean inside and out. They have a jack in the box and a Moes. Overall good location would return here

Just bought a package of blueberry swisher sweets. Got in my car, tried to light it up, wouldn't light. I looked at it& noticed over a Inch rip going down the cigar.
I brought the package back inside to the cashier. Manage comes back said since the product went past the doors, there's nothing that they can do.
This is ridiculous. Nowhere is it posted mentioning that customer must oped product and observe for any defects before walking past the doors... Morning of July 7th between 03:30-03:45 (am)

Man I put in 700 miles today and got to this pilot and the manager was the coolest man. I just want to thank you for your hospitality and friendliness. The cleanest pilot in Texas is right here and the food from the restaurant Moe's Southwest grill, was right on point. Thank everyone for the hospitality. There needs to be more pilots run like this one,

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Piolit Truck Stop! Every time I stop in, I’m greeted with excellent service and genuine hospitality. Special shoutout to Kass, Stan, Meagan, and Kathy they always go above and beyond to make sure drivers are taken care of. Whether it’s a friendly smile, fast service, or just making sure everything’s clean and stocked, they treat you like family. It makes a big difference when you’re out on the road. Thank you all for your hard work and great energy it’s appreciated more than you know!

OTR Driver, staff was really nice every time I walked in as I’m doing my reset here but they’d say hello welcome, place was clean and they were kind to give me recommendations on places to eat at!
