I wish I could rate this place lower than 1 star. I have been turned away three times for a basic employment drug test. “oh we don't do those until this time”
i come back then
“oh we don’t do those until this time, please come back tomorrow”
I am taking iff work each time to try this and I am losing money and all I need to do is pee in a cup. absolutely ridiculous. I have never had this much trouble from any lab site like this. I will NOT recommend to anyone ever.

It is very easy if you use the Quest app to make appointments. If you do not have an appointment it is difficult to communicate with the Quest office.

So far I have had a terrible experience and haven't even made it to the office yet! Unable to speak to a person, the phone message take you from one automated answer to another and finally to a busy signal! I have scheduled an appointment online but haven't received any email confirmation. The main Quest website says customer service is available via chat, but that is nowhere on the site to be found... but This is ridiculous! If my doctor had not chosen this company and already sent in the order I would be going elsewhere.

Need to inform more patients that they can make appointments and explain how to do this. This would help alleviate the occasionally packed waiting room. The check in kiosks are confusing for a lot of older patients and there is no one stationed at the front to help other than patients in the waiting room.

No interactions. Nurses extremely nice. I saw several elder folks leave because they could not do the computer & no one to assist them
