after being tossed around by u-haul and losing our reservation and the size truck we really wanted at every place in nac, but decided to do a little trip up to lufkin to rent from r and h. first of all, everyone in the area should rent from them. he went out of his way to not only save us money in the rental, but to save us time and money at the drop off. he was honest with us and explained exactly what to do to avoid frivolous charges.

I hauled a car from Arizona and dropped of the one-way rental car hauler at this location. The gentleman who was working was very helpful assisting me with parking the trailer on his lot. He efficiently completed the return paperwork for the trailer and I was on my way in minutes after arriving. Fast and efficient. The lot is large and I had no trouble maneuvering my truck and trailer into the lot and backing into the parking spot. I will certainly use this location in the future when I need a vehicle or trailer to move stuff.
