Well he recommended the size that the machine said I need, I told him it felt like my little toes on the outside were being pinched under the toes next to them but he said that it should be that tight and said the boots had a 30 day comfort guarantee if I went with recommended size so I did, after 2 days wearing around town then 2 days actually working in them I had a blister on the inside top of my left little toe so brought back the D and got the EE and now definitely one of the most comfortable boots I’ve ever had.

Being from Rusk, I have to drive an hour one way for boots. I called these folks told them what I wanted, style 402, which I have been wearing for decades. They ordered me a pair and they were at my house, no driving by me the following week. Great folks to work with. They do what they say their gonna do and they don't make promises they can't back up.

Amanda W. (at the Red Wing in Lufkin Texas) has always given me the best customer service anyone could ask for. Her knowledge and courtesy is beyond measure and I wouldn’t go anywhere else because no one else can match her. The boots are the best quality and it stands to reason the best salesperson in the world would be selling them. 10/10 would recommend

The Employees and owner of this store are by far the sweetest people to deal with. They ordered me a pair of boots and had them in store the next day, they waited for me after they were closing so I could pick them up. You don't get customer service like that anymore. I highly recommend The Lufkin Store to get yoir work boots. Thank you again for helping especially during Christmas Time.
