Customer service with Dillion at the Lufkin office was amazing. He was very friendly and informative. Now the only complaint I have is, on the day of my first payment, I had people calling me at 9:45am stating a courtesy call to make a payment. Then i received 2 more calls after that about making my first payment. This was rather very annoying and not a courtesy call to remind me on the first day of my first payment. Then I work at night so blowing my phone up for a payment that I’m not even late on was very annoying. Not a good look being that I am a first time customer.

My mom had dressed up as Mrs clause a few years back and took a picture with the amazing people there. My mom just recently passed away, and I found this picture and wanted to share it. This was one of the things that made my mom happy even tho she was going thru a downhill battle with heart desease.I appreciate these people so much. Jason was always so friendly and happy to go above and beyond customer service!
