I bought 4 tires from this place. I explained multiple times I live on a dirt road and needed a mud style tire since my road is a bit rough. They told me they had a set of toyo tires they think would be perfect and could give me a good deal since someone bought them couldn't afford them and brought them back after barley driving on them. I questioned it since used but the way they explained I'd be covered by a warranty and had nothing to worry about. Well made me feel comfortable and convinced me into thinking it would be ok. WRONG! I've had the tired maybe 5 months at this point. I've taken it in to get all my balance/rotations done as I should. We'll I kept having issues with a tire loosing air. I took it up there for them to look at it and they said nothing was wrong and aired it up. The issue kept happening brought it in a 2nd and still "no issue". My husband took it up there this week and they magically found that my tire had wires showing on the inside. So they told me there is nothing they will do bc my alignment is bad which caused the tire to go bad.
Now they did the first alignment when I bought the tires. And again I had brought it 2 times prior saying there seems to be an issue. No one ever said I needed an alignment but now they saying it's my fault for not asking for one.
I'm not a tire expert! That is the reason I brought it in! If there was an issue then I would have got one. But how was I suppose to know within 5 months I needed another one. ?
Called cooperate they don't answer the phone! Finally after calling multiple times they answer explained the issue. And was told they'd reach out. They then have the general manager that I already spoke to tell me they still will not fix the issue that its on me. Asked to speak to a regional manager and was denied for a 2nd time.
This company is all around horrible. I'm out $1000 on tired that should have lasted me alot longer.
If I had taken it to a better shop such as discount tire or cooks I would have been much better taken care of. I'm sure they would have noticed the issue or advised me properly instead or screwing me.
Then we asked for a copy of the warranty they provide for tires. They said they can't provide it to us. Yes I'm aware it's my own fault for buying a set of semi used tires. But I also figured the tire shop would take care of me as a customer. I took it multiple times and now told this my fault when they are the experts and expressed concern.

This place is a life saver!!!!! I had 2 nails and a screw in my tire and they sent me off with a used tire, so I could get home safely with my child ... This takes care of their costumers.

Daughters 4 runner had a nail in driver's side tire, whipped into RNR and Rex quickly took car of the problem.
