My experience in the store was I love how the clothes are arranged by color. It is kept neat and clean but my problem is with the customer service I stood in line behind one woman who was talking to the clerk they sat and were talking about numerous women I didn't know but it was distasteful and rude to allow other customers to here. They were talking down about people who obviously weren't there and not quietly. There are some things better left in private and not at a place of business and she might well be the person who owns it maybe she should be better educated on customer service and not on gossiping .

This is hands down the absolute best consignment/ resale shop for women's clothing in East TX!They have a small section of men's as well with really great prices and nice variety of pants, button up shirts, camouflage hunting clothing, and boots and shoes for men.The women's clothing is all top knotch used (some new). No tears or stains that I could see, all with reasonable prices and some decent sales.All the items are color coated instead of by sizing as it is much easier to shop this way since sizing can be so off from brand to brand. Organization is very apparent as soon as you walk in the store. Nothing out of place nor packed too tight on the racks like Walmart! Lots of room to shop and dressing rooms were excellent!Only one suggestion I would make is to offer small shopping carts for customers while they are shopping as I had to set a lot of clothing on the counter until I was ready to try them on. Just a small suggestion, nothing negative!The owner and her daughter are very nice and very fun to chat with. I highly recommend going to this small business when out and about in Lufkin!

Lots of clothes. Very clean place. Great employees, very friendly. Good prices. This place is tucked away in the back among a bunch of other shops so it's kind of hard to find.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a large variety of books, which was nice. And it was being kept more or less in alphabetical order, which I am not sure I've ever seen at a thrift store before.

I adore this thrift store! It is clean and reasonably priced. I've gone multiple times and have always come out with a new accessory for my wardrobe. One thing I think is unique is that all of the clothes are organized by color instead of size. I 100% would recommend!
