I used to love this store however on December 22 2022 went in and bought something for 27.54 the man at the cash register said it did not go through and he ran my card a second time I have made three trips to the store to try to get my money back for the 2754 that was double charged with no results he told me to come back Tuesday the 28th but I have been sick and not able to make the trip it is 1 hour to get to the store still no results and have not received my money back the money cleared the bank the next day both transactions he keeps saying that he can't give me the money back until it shows it on his end if he is sincere about giving me the money back he needs to call me at 936-212 1380 if not available leave a message I expect an answer within the next 24 hours or I will take this to the next measure thank you have a blessed day

The owners were very rude and I felt like I was being followed throughout the whole storeI was also told we couldn't touch the toys unless we were buying themNothing was priced, and what was priced was being rung up for more than what was shown

I've gone into the store 4 times for incense and oils. The male cashier nice and older lady were nice but the female at the cash register was not nice. She watched me the whole time I was in the store and when I asked about a particular insence Coppal she seemed annoyed when I asked if they would get anymore in. The answer I got is what is over there is all we have. When I paid for the items instead of handing me the bag. She laid it at the counter by the door.I will not go back to this store. Customer service is becoming something people don't have and the reason they will eventually go out of business. I will continue to purchase from the Botanica online.
