SHOUT OUT TO Mr. Dan!!! I called Tractor Supply and talked to Mr Dan and explained to him what happened to our zero turn and he said bring it in and he will help us get the belt back on the mower. Brought it in and Mr Dan got right to it and got it fixed!!! Thank you so very much for AWESOME Customer SERVICE!!!!

I just went in to tractor supply and asked for canning jars. I was told by dumb and dumber at the front desk. They used to be in the greenhouse area but we're not sure where they are. Just go wander that direction you might find them. So now I'm at atwoods. Tractor supply used to have great service. Apparently they are on their way out.

Anytime we’ve shopped at Tractor Supply the store is always orderly and they have a friendly helpful staff. We recently lost power at home due to a bad storm and our little generator runs on propane which was fine until we learned the propane place we use is closed on weekends but guess what a quick Google search and we learned Tractor Supply can refill your tanks. The employee who helped was helpful and courteous.

Thanx Tractor supply for making it easy to shop when you arrive new to the store. In and out in 15 min. Thanx Ms. Yalunda for showing me how to get around the store and find what I need. Large selection of things needed. I will be back.

On 11-9-23, I searched prices on 50" x 16' cattle panels. Tractor Supply in my area, Crockett TX, was $29.99 per panel and I needed 15. I found them cheaper at Atwood Ranch Supply in Nacogdoches, $24.99. I called my local TS and the woman manager wouldn't even entertain matching the price with Atwood saying, "I've been taught we don't do that."
I then called the Lufkin, Texas Tractor Supply and a very upbeat, congenial woman answered the phone named Melissa. I asked to speak to the Store Manager and she said, "Speaking." It was hard to believe that the Manager would answer the phone, and... be so nice and personable as well.
I told her that a competitor, Atwood Ranch Supply had a cheaper price on cattle panels and asked if she would match their price. She asked what the price was, and then said, "Yes, we'll match it." She asked how many I needed and I said 15. She said come and get them and ask for me, or better yet, I'll leave a message with all my managers and tell them you're coming.
It was 50 miles to her Tractor Supply but it was well worth the trip to be treated in such a neighborly way. All smiles, and friendly kind words, not only from Melissa the Store Manager, but from everyone. I'm 71 years old and I had thought the old days of treating the customer so well was just a thing of the past, only to be remembered... but this Store renewed my faith.
When 2 people came out to load the 15 cattle panels, I asked who they were. One was Wendy, another manager, and Mike, a very friendly worker who offered me 2 of his tie down straps and a come-along. Just bring it back later.
My hat's off to this Store in Lufkin. If it were up to me, I'd give each one of these 2 their own stores to manage. They've worked under a grand teacher. Kindness and congeniality comes from the top down. You can't be ordered to treat customers that way, you experience it done from the Head and it filters down.
May the Good Lord bless and prosper this store and it's staff for their kindness.

Let me first say that TSC had the best Garden Center in our town. Hands down had all the other stores beat(Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc.)I went in to my store today and was very very disappointed in the condition I found the Garden center. Most all of the plants that were there were DEAD or Dying. They looked terrible!!!Just a few months ago it was thriving and beautiful to see. I mean TSC just spent quite a bit of money to upgrade our store and had it staffed with knowledgeable and caring staff. Fast forward to today and now it looks like they are losing a ton of money on their stock. All because corporate wanted to restructure how the garden staff are scheduled and compensated. Choosing to just pay any staff member to take care of the plants. Instead of searching for knowledgeable staff and striving to keep that staff.Very disappointed Tractor Supply!!! Shame on you.
