The store in Lufkin is ok but beware if you have an Ulta Account with them. Two months ago the company just deleted my account for no reason and now not only am I unable to access my account someone has used all of the points associated with the account and charged $1500 to my Ulta card.

The service was bad from the worker Katie, she gave us a tone and made us sound like we were dumb, as-well as repeated her questions like we didn’t hear her. The other girls were sweet and helpful. Over all an 5/10 experience.

I go to Ulta exclusively for waxing, hair, and makeup. Top notch stylists and aestheticians, and I've never regretting buying any products they recommend. Great service all around. 10/10 my favorite salon & beauty store.

I had a few returns today which took a little longer than expected, because I did not have my receipts. Which is fine, I don’t mind waiting. The cashier(Karolin) that was checking me out, and another employee at another register looked at each other like they were annoyed, I could tell by the faces that were made, because I wasn’t born yesterday :)I made eye contact, letting them know I seen. They’ll deny, which is fine. Whatever. But do not make me feel embarrassed. Will not be returning to the Ulta in lufkin Texas. I will buy online from now on.This is not the first incident I’ve had. I had a pickup order a few months ago, and parked in the spot next to the “pickup” spot. The employee( Diana Yam) that brought out my pickup order was far from friendly. All I got was a “you need to park in the spot that says “pickup”, and walked away.That spot was taken so I parked next to that spot. I did not get a Hi, Thank you, nothing.While they have plenty of customers and make tons of money, they have lost me as a customer. Apparently these employees need a refresher course in hospitality. Because that ain’t it :).

I understand that different stores do things different ways. But I don't think that being rude to your customers as ever a way to do things. I picked up my curbside order right before closing, and was greeted by a very rude associate by the name of Diana who did not greet me but simply very tersely asked for my license and then gave me my order. While I understand that at the end of the day, everyone is tired and ready to go home, as a customer that should never be my problem. I hope that in the future that steps will be taken to ensure that all associates remember that it is your role to serve a customer and that sometimes customers that don't live in the city may not be aware of your policies and procedures. Despite that fact, they are still worthy of and should receive great service.

Get's 5 stars because of the store and merchandise. For the most part, customer service is great. Just a 1 or 2 bad apples..That could use training on smiling and treating customers with a smile....
