Sent my son to get his hair cut before his first day of work and they did a terrible job. Even cut his neck all up. Never again.

I give it one star because overall the employee was not very friendly. She didn’t offer to style my hair it was just cut and soaking wet. She didn’t offer any advice as to how to cut it and just took maybe 5 minutes and that was the cut. I think the employees were just ready to go. I did try to make small talk but she just wasn’t friendly. I don’t think I will go back.

hairstylist seemed to have no idea what she was doing when it came to washing my hair. dripped shampoo straight into my eye. overall experience was horrible. my hair looks choppy and uneven. i feel so ugly

Great place and great atmosphere! Everybody is super friendly. Kayley is my stylist and my son’s. Always does a great job and makes sure we are happy with our haircuts before we leave. Thank you and keep up the great work! I highly recommend!

I've been getting my hair cut here for some time now. I don't always get the same person every time and that's ok. But today was different, the girl that cut my hair seemed unsure about what she was doing. She took forever just cutting my bangs and my request was an all over trim.
After the bangs she started taking what seemed like odd clumps of hair (not even combing through) here and there and cutting it.
My hair is uneven and when she ask what I thought, I said it's ok. She said that she will only charge me for my bangs since she didn't do much to my hair.
The little that she did was too much in all the wrong places. ?
Please make sure your stylist are fit to cut hair.
I've never had any issues till today.

The haircut was for both my teens and they both loved their haircuts!
Requested style: They had been looking for a more up-to-date look than the little kid haircut but weren't sure about the style. Their stylist did a great job picking the best look for them individually. I did not get her name but we will be going back.
