Everyday they find a way to make their lives easier at our expense. The drivers manager has told them not to scan the units when they pick them up anymore! Without any notice or explanation.
SHe has tried other silly stuff in the past.
Just dont care enough to do anything right.

This is where I always ship back items purchased online. The customer services reps at desk are for the most part always friendly. I completely understand with how busy they can get and having worked with the public myself that sometimes it can be trying (to say the least). Aside from one worker, who obviously wasn't trained completely, I've never had any issues in the many years I've used The UPS Store. Along with the merchants they make returns very easy. They also offer shipping services, mail box options and a variety of shipping supplies.

What a wonderful, helpful, polite group of employees who made our experience first rate! Mallory was amazing as a notary and all 3 of the other employees were patient and kind to every patron while we were there for about 30 minutes taking care of notarizing documents. This staff deserves a raise! Keep up the excellent work!

The employees are so helpful & go above & beyond the call of duty to help me & get my package ready for shipping every time I go into their store. I don’t know what I’d do without their help when I have to return anything. They’re always so willing to help me & they do it with a smile on their faces!

I drive all the way here from Nacogdoches just to return stuff UPS because they will print you a confirmation receipt each and every single time!!! The place to return items for UPS in Nacogdoches (Klines) is the sorriest return place I have ever been to!!! I just wish the parking for this place was bigger- they really need to invest in a new location! And because the parking space is so small, the store itself is small & the line ends up going all the way out the door & right in front of the cars parking, so be extra careful if you have small children! Always great customer service though!!!

Staff is great - always polite. But lines are long (like 20-30min waits just to drop off an Amazon return) and parking is horrible. Never enough spaces and really hard to get and out of. Given the amount of people who use this business, a location with more parking would make sense. As it is, I only come when there is no other choice.
