Not a very good business man worked on daughters transmission and knocked off vacuum line car won’t start and keeps dieing .
He try’s to say he’s a professional and knows he didn’t do that but a certified mechanic said it happens all the time so now we haft to pay someone else to fix his mistakes
And like i said he’s very cocky unprofessional

They tired to say my th400 wasn’t rebuildable, and that it was total junk and wanted me to pay for taking it apart. However I knew it wasn’t in bad condition
So I took it to another shop and they laughed and said it was most definitely worth rebuilding.
Basically wasted 2 weeks of time on my project truck.
i definitely won’t ever be coming back. Epic fail of a transmission shop

My car was taken there by dealership to repair the transmission. I am grateful that they were able to get it done fast. However when I received the vehicle back it would not even crank. I called the shop and made him aware of this he than agreed to look at it again. I took it in after changing the battery and terminals. Told him exactly what it was doing. He had the vehicle for another two days and proceeded to tell me exactly what I told him was wrong with it when I dropped it off. I am now almost a month after the repair still without a vehicle because they messed up the wiring on the vehicle as well as damaged the yaw rate sensor leaving the car without traction. Fast is not always better in this case please find a shop that knows what they are doing when repairing your transmission because USA is not it......

They bought a warranty with the used transmission they put in our car...I am SO GRATEFUL! The replacement one blew and we will get the next one covered with no out of pocket expense.

Originally took my car to local Chevy dealership to get my transmission checked out, and they came back two days later saying my transmission was shot and that there was metal shavings all in the fluids. The dealership wanted to charge me $7,500 for a new one so I decided to take it to USA Transmission to get a second opinion. After a day of having it they found out that my car was 2 quarts low on fluids and that there was no noticeable signs that the dealership had checked my fluids/transmission to begin with. Just to be sure that everything was correct USA Transmission did a complete full service on my transmission, and after refilling all of the fluids and replacing the filter, which had zero metal shaving in it, my car runs like a dream.In the end USA Transmission could've easily tried to sell me a new transmission/rebuild for a cheaper price knowing that I already had it diagnosed by the dealership, and I wouldn't have know any better. Instead they were honest in their diagnoses, which saved my thousands of dollars and a lot of headaches. So, in my opinion USA Transmission is one of the few honest mechanics left, and I will continue giving them my business in the future.

Had a great experience. Transmission went out in my car and they where able to diagnose the issue and change the transmission in a few days. Everyone else in town wanted me to rent a car for 2 or 3 weeks. The new owners are respectful and great to work with. Wish the old reviews of the old owners could be removed, because they do not reflect the new management.

USA Transmissions was very helpful when one of my vehicles broke down nearby. They diagnosed the issue and provided me with a quote and repair timeline very promptly, and they did not charge me. While I ultimately decided to have the vehicle towed back to my home state for repairs, I would have been unable to make an informed decision on how to proceed without their help.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I’ve waited a year to see how everything went after going and visiting Andy at USA transmission. I carried one of my fleet trucks in a year ago, a lot of places would have seen me as dollar signs but Andy recognize the problem has been a junk part that Chevy puts on their trucks that makes it overheat. For a reasonable investment I was back on the road within a day. A year later I have no problems with my transmission. We sat and got to know one another by sharing our testimonies and that experience is something I’ll always remember.
