This is not a corporate owned store. When I walked in, the 2 ladies were in the back at their desk. There was no greeting, no acknowledgement of my walking in, nothing. I had to walk to the back of the store and say hello to them. I told them of a defect in the phone, and they told me they could help me for $40. No, thank you. I took the phone to Texarkana Verizon where they assisted for free. As convenient as the location is for me, I'll drive to Texarkana to avoid this place.

Visited this store on Saturday. I was the only person in the place. My phone wouldn't turn on. The lady at the store told me it was the battery and I could buy a new phone or take it down the road for repair. She wasn't helpful at all. Told me I could buy a new phone for $500 I took it down the road. They said it wasn't the battery. Almost bought a new phone, but then decided to go to another store an hour away. The lady at the actual Verizon store was able to get my phone started and I didn't have to bug a new one. I will not be coming back to this store. Also, if you came and lost your diamond earring. It is under the desk. I asked if it was hers and she said "no, it's a customers." And it stayed under the desk.

Staff have zero personality, barely any knowledge of products, and apparently no need to hurry until you pay for the incorrect products they presented to you in spectacularly slow fashion. First service person: Spent three minutes perusing the wall of maybe 30 products, only to end up giving me AND FITTING my phone with the wrong case. This led to a lot of emergency calls to (911) and filling a brand new phone's photo gallery with hundreds of screen shots of a black screen and failing to correctly install the corporate software package from my multi-billion dollar corporation that is time-specific per person. Second service person: Only talked when questions were asked twice, never helped, never checked stock, never smiled, never looked me in the eye, never moved off the stool, never offered any products or services, and never attempted to make my morning's visit even decent... all she did was complete the paperwork for the return of the incorrect products, then look AT HER PHONE. Overall, the visits were super disappointing and just despicable. I took my business to AT\u0026T's store and bought a new phone, phone case, and max service... and they were super helpful and had great attitudes.

Went to Verizon today and purchased two new phones. The employee at the store had the best attitude and made swapping all the phone info over so easy. Excellent Service from Jennifer at the Lufkin Texas store

Spent 800 on my wife's phone and was changing over to Verizon. They couldn't let my 6 year old daughter use the restroom. Really? How long did we wait last week and this week when we came to pick up our phones? Overall the salesman, Jose seemed cool. His coworker not so much.

Jennifer/Isabelle was fabulous! My old phone was dying quickly, over 1500 miles from home. She transfered my email, contacts and photos...and had me out the door in under 30 minutes. More than satisfied, I am impressed and indebted. Give her a raise, a promotion, or both!

Bought a phone from this store that had visual damage I asked the guy that sold me the phone about the damage and he said that the phone was ok. Now the phone says there is no sims card in phone. I took the phone back to return it and the lady said I damaged the phone and they would not exchange the phone. I explained to her that the phone was damaged at purchase and she said it's not her problem. This has to be the worse Verizon store I ever been in.

The Verizon store that I went to off Bryant Irving in fort Worth was an absolute phenomenal experience. They have a huge team that is very quick with their customers they are very fun and serious to work with they know their products and they know how to present proper customer service! Thanks again guys for y'all's help
