Not only have we received an excellent level of care but their true love and heart for animals has been so evident to us. They have gone out of their way to add a personal touch, to be available with prompt communication and regular updates, and to educate us on the procedures our pets have needed. We have used their services for four of our dogs now and will not use another vet service in this area (no disrespect to other veterinary clinics meant). Sierra at the front desk has showed so much kindness towards our pets and our family treating us like we were a part of the Southern Haven family. “I’ve been to Angelina Animal Hospital twice and both times. I had an amazing experience. Today, I had to put my senior Lab down. The experience was heart breaking. But the level of compassion my son and I received while doing the unimaginable sure made the experience less traumatic. The staff were so sweet and helped ease our anxiety. We were given a private room which was set up like a small living room area, creating a more homelike experience. They gave us plenty of time to spend with our loved one and didn’t rush us . Before we left, they put his body in a white box and wrote his name and a sweet message on the outside. I mean, it was so much better than I was expecting, having heard horror stories about other clinics that provide this service. I will use this clinic from now on and encourage anyone looking for a vet to consider Angelina Animal Hospital for their pet care.
