We have had the worst time getting test strips refilled. These save your life and you must have them. The manager did not help at all and told us it was too soon to get the strips but it has been 2 months since we filled the prescription for 50 strips. We are at our wits end and just don't know what to do. Feeling helpless

Slow slow slow. People are behind the counter..putting up medication and punching the computer..they definitely don't care about the 15 customers waiting in line. One line...they DON'T USE ALL OF THEIR WINDOWS...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

THIS WALGREENS IS "PERMANENTLY CLOSED"...!! I recently went to get a prescription filled and was surprised to find that it was closed and my prescription had been transferred to the Walgreens located at 102 N. Timberland Drive , in Lufkin, TEXAS. No "big deal" about the Prescription, but wouldn't you think that they that they would Notify you..??

Never ready when they say. Always confusion and a lot of waiting. They told me 2 hours for 4 prescriptions. It has been almost 3 and still waiting. This way every time!

30 minutes in line. Horrible, long lines inside and out. Slow, Incompetent staff. And several should go home, as they appear to be sick. They have their faces covered with some sort of cloth.

I spent 25 minutes during process of trying to transfer script. After be on hold (with Florida call center, in case you didn't know that's where your call goes 1st) I was transferred to actual pharmacy, where after telling tech what I needed..he placed me on hold, where all I got was a line that rang about 20xs and then hung up on me ?

The pharmacy is horrible. Very unorganized. You go in tell them what refill you need and go back 8 hours later and Rx still not ready. You update insurance and they ask the same thing you just updated. This is not a one time thing this is over and over again??♀️. Just shut the whole pharmacy down!!!

This pharmacy is the worst. Unorganized and unprofessional. Never has what’s been called in even days in advance, line is always insanely long and the staff is not at all helpful. Takes multiple trips to fill a simple prescription.

Every time I have a refill there is an issue, constantly tell me that my insurance won’t refill it but as soon as I ask someone why it wasn’t filled it’s magically being worked on. Was in hold for 25 mins and a recording chimed in to let me know they went to lunch while I was holding and to call back. I called back and they cancelled my Rx completely. Called again and have been on hold an hour and it’s still telling me there are 2 people in line ahead of me. This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever used and would use a different one if my insurance would allow me to. If you have a choice go anywhere else.
