Slow slow slow. People are behind the counter..putting up medication and punching the computer..they definitely don't care about the 15 customers waiting in line. One line...they DON'T USE ALL OF THEIR WINDOWS...
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
July 2024. Got there and I was the fifth in line
Finally it was my turn and the girl behind the counter said “just a minute”. Well the other window came available. Stepped there, the guy said “just a minute”. Those just a minute turned into 5. The guy walks back up sets down his Dr Pepper then exits through the door into the store. Now there are 4 customers behind me. Hmmm
The girl finally takes my information. Hmm they are still working on it. WHAT? How much longer? 20 to 30 minutes care to wait? NO!
The prescription was called in at 3, I got there at 6:30.
That’s the LAST TIME I USE THAT PHARMACY

Unorganized and cluttered pharmacy area. Poor customer service. Disrespectful and unprofessional pharmacist. Even several employees brought up we were waiting for help from the pharmacist and she rolled her eyes. We finally just left after waiting 30 minutes. Will never go back to the Frank Street location.

We have had the worst time getting test strips refilled. These save your life and you must have them. The manager did not help at all and told us it was too soon to get the strips but it has been 2 months since we filled the prescription for 50 strips. We are at our wits end and just don't know what to do. Feeling helpless

THIS WALGREENS IS "PERMANENTLY CLOSED"...!! I recently went to get a prescription filled and was surprised to find that it was closed and my prescription had been transferred to the Walgreens located at 102 N. Timberland Drive , in Lufkin, TEXAS. No "big deal" about the Prescription, but wouldn't you think that they that they would Notify you..??

Never ready when they say. Always confusion and a lot of waiting. They told me 2 hours for 4 prescriptions. It has been almost 3 and still waiting. This way every time!

The absolute worst treatment I have ever received from a staff of pharmacist... it wasn't until I started getting prescribed ADHD medication that I started getting treated like a down right criminal. I understand the procedures needed to be taken with the recent shortage of supply, but continuing to question me every single month and TELLING me I am not prescribed those things or that they have no idea why it's not ready or why their computer doesn't have it "registered" is completely not my fault or job to know! The last 8 months that I have been getting my medication from them I have not left there ONCE without crying because of the way they treat me. Absolute DISGUSTING behavior from healthcare workers. Shame on you for ever making someone feel bad about needing certain medication. Can't even imagine how they treat other people. Do better.

30 minutes in line. Horrible, long lines inside and out. Slow, Incompetent staff. And several should go home, as they appear to be sick. They have their faces covered with some sort of cloth.

I spent 25 minutes during process of trying to transfer script. After be on hold (with Florida call center, in case you didn't know that's where your call goes 1st) I was transferred to actual pharmacy, where after telling tech what I needed..he placed me on hold, where all I got was a line that rang about 20xs and then hung up on me ?
