Super packed late evening Monday. Prescription was not ready. They said it would be on Tuesday. Went in and it was not. I know some places are busy and people call in to work but the associates can make your experience great if they knew how to treat you when you have to wait. Great customer service goes a long way. The associate that help apologize and explained they were short staffed. The reason why I gave a 1 start was because after I sat down to wait yet again she went on to talk about Me to another customer as I sat there. She was saying, all she could do was apologize since they were short staffed and then said laughing, It's gonna be a good day. I was offended by her behavior. It was unnecessary to say all she said as I understood The situation but she made it so uncomfortable to wait there.

This location has the worst service I’ve ever encountered. Pharmacy employees has no idea what they are doing. My prescription has a variety of costs when it was covered by my insurance, yet they can’t figure that out. To get paxlovid for COVID has been an uphill battle, doctor called in the prescription and they can’t even get this right. They don’t care either. Very unskilled employees with no sense of urgency.

Do not show up at 1:25 because they will close the window right in your face and you can wait until they reopen from their lunch break that is allegedly from 1:30-2:00 pm. I have used this pharmacy for years but the customer service in the pharmacy has me rethinking my choice. The rest of the store staff have always been great.

Walgreens has some major pharmacy staffing and administrative issues. It’s gotten progressively worse. They’re also bad about saying your meds are ready, then you wait in a long line to discover they aren’t ready, and it’ll be another 30 minutes. My time is valuable. Convenient location has been the ONLY reason I’ve put off moving to another pharmacy, but I think I’m there now. Very disappointing.

They got my son’s prescription yesterday. I was told it would be ready today when I picked mine up. The lady had to call the insurance and put me on hold. I was on hold for 15min till I had to hang up. Drove by 30min later and they are closed. So now my son is has to wait even longer for his medication.

I like that they deliver but it's so hard to get your medicine on time would be nice if I could get it whenever it's time to to take again without run an hour. It makes me sick. Other than that I haven't had any problems with them one of the customer service representative ladies went above and beyond to help me.

I have always had good service from the pharmacy staff and watched their interaction with other people in trying to find ways of payment or discounts so that customers could receive their medications. Recently I suffered from kidney stones and was in great pain waiting on meds. Pharmacy Technician Taylor helped walk my prescription through the process even dealing with my lousy insurance that was balking about paying and wanted to delay the pain medicine. She could see I was in distress and worked to get the meds in my hand ASAP. I really appreciate her dedication!

The location at Timberland Drive in Lufkin exceeded my expectations in a compensation for services provided that did not end well. The story is far too long to get into here but it was quite intense. The store manager, Ruth was able to refund our money for the unacceptable outcome of the issue. Very thankful that she was able to help us out.
