Absolutely worst pharmacy in lufkin tx! Advertised hours online clearly do not indicate closed for lunch! So after spending God knows how long to find a place to park get inside and some rude employees standing there with all isles blocked off saying they're closed for lunch! Well guess what lady I just spent mine coming to your pharmacy and looking for a place to park bc no where online does it say yall are closed at lunch time!!

Wish I could give a negative score because Lufkin Walmart Pharmacy has UNACCEPTABLE customer service! Saving a dollar isn’t worth the repeated stress and frustration to continue to do business with Lufkin Walmart Pharmacy. Their team needs retraining and/or replacing…including the manager! We have transferred to our local neighborhood Brookshire Brothers Pharmacy - who consistently demonstrate excellent, knowledgeable and KIND/COURTEOUS customer service!

Never have my medicine ready, nobody EVER answers the phone so I have to refill my prescription INSIDE every single time. And even with a 3 month refill they said it wasn’t and that they had to fax my doctor to ask because it’s my ADHD medicine… so I went days without my meds. Lines are always so long & if there’s even 1 question that “isn’t their job” at the front desk, they send you out of line to another line and then you have to return to the back of the line you were originally in. If I had another pharmacy that took Tricare, I would move in a heartbeat.

If your looking for a pharmacy the lies, has an attitude problem, and hangs the phone up on you this might be the pharmacy for you. They gave me half of my son prescription and never called to tell me when the other half was ready. Had to transfer a medicine and they told me it would be an hour we’ll come in two hours later and the lady at the register said I needed to call them. So I call them today and it had already been put on hold…. I mean if she didn’t want to do her job she could have just said so.

Went there for years and tolerated poor treatment too long,older lady at register treated me like hot garbage one time too many,I got treated like it was not important for me to get my script before it runs out even though mine is consided priority meds,had enough of theyre disrespect

I picked up a prescription for my son the other day. No one asked for my insurance information (I don't pick up many prescription so I forgot that they SHOULD ask for it) got home after thinking my bill was pretty high called back to the pharmacy and was told I could bring my info back in and they would look at it....I did a review for them and gave them 3 stars as that kind of communication is VERY important. It is also very loud at the pick up desk and with everyone wearing masks it is beyond hard to hear.So today I go in to have it straightened out and as I'm getting my refund the manager comes over to talk to me about my review. He kept telling me not to give such a low review and they are in the middle of a pandemic and have to wear a mask. He asked if I had a problem and I said yes no one asked for my information and it was so loud I couldn't hear. He then reiterated not to give such a low score and was very rude. I will no longer be using Lufkin Walmart Pgarmacy.

I called to confirm my prescription was ready and was told it would be ready after 5. I arrived at 6 and was told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I left, and as I pulled into my driveway, I received the text saying my prescription was ready. I do not always receive a text when the prescription is ready and the online account never has updated info. I picked up a prescription one time and the online info said it was still processing. I know the pharmacy is constantly slammed and the line is always long, but if Chick-Fil-A can efficiently handle the amount of people they serve at lunch rush, I would think a pharmacy could run a little more efficient.
