Do not show up at 1:25 because they will close the window right in your face and you can wait until they reopen from their lunch break that is allegedly from 1:30-2:00 pm. I have used this pharmacy for years but the customer service in the pharmacy has me rethinking my choice. The rest of the store staff have always been great.

I like that they deliver but it's so hard to get your medicine on time would be nice if I could get it whenever it's time to to take again without run an hour. It makes me sick. Other than that I haven't had any problems with them one of the customer service representative ladies went above and beyond to help me.

I have always had good service from the pharmacy staff and watched their interaction with other people in trying to find ways of payment or discounts so that customers could receive their medications. Recently I suffered from kidney stones and was in great pain waiting on meds. Pharmacy Technician Taylor helped walk my prescription through the process even dealing with my lousy insurance that was balking about paying and wanted to delay the pain medicine. She could see I was in distress and worked to get the meds in my hand ASAP. I really appreciate her dedication!

The employees in the pharmacy department are the most rude and inept when dealing with patients! Yesterday, I had a lady named Maureen, tell me in a very sarcastic tone, that, and I quote, " ma'am you need to plan your outing better"! I was 4 minutes before they shut down for their lunch break. Living here in East Texas with spring underway I have very bad sinus issues right now. All I wanted to buy was 1 box of Sudafed! 1 person not doing anything while I was in the store, "you are gonna have to come back"! Two registers one customer being cashed out by another employee. No one would help me. So basically they don't want anyone to walk up in the 30 minutes prior to when they shut down for lunch. That is basically what Maureen told me on the phone as well! In all my years of working retail, I have never spoken to a customer that way now would I have ever let an employee speak that way to someone! These people are horrible and I will be moving all of my prescriptions away from Walgreens Pharmacy in Lufkin Texas!

I have used Walgreens on Timberland for many years because their customer service was always wonderful. The last few times have been absolutely miserable dealing with them! They have gotten so rude and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. I understand they are busy but kindness goes a long way especially when the person doesn't feel good. I had a sick kid with me following a dr visit and he didn't feel good at all but I couldn't go home because I live 30 mins out of town. It took over 4 hours for them to get his meds filled. Then the rest of the family got sick and again I inconvenienced them because I needed my rx so I could take my 2 doses to go back to work the following day where my job is extremely short handed when someone has to be off for being sick. DO BETTER WITH YOUR ATTITUDES!!! You wouldn't want me taking care of you the way you take care of me!! I will be moving my rx elsewhere.

Don't try to call up here, they won't even let you finish a sentence. I called up here to try to get information about my canvas print. The lady on the phone picked up, spoke so fast I couldn't understand her and then put me on hold. Then, as I was trying to explain what happened online she cut me off mid sentence and just asked me what my name was. Really not happy. This isn't the first time it has happened either.

Extremely poor customer service! Took five hours to fill three simple prescriptions even though I told them that I was in terrible pain... And none of the prescriptions were for painkillers, but medication to stop the horrible gastritis/food poisoning, crying and begging God pain I was in... For a total of 12 hours. Now that will put your life at risk! And then they acted like I was a nasty person for being upset about it. I get my monthly prescriptions here and have always found that they were wonderful to work with... But not today! Shame on you, Walgreens!

My husband and I took my mother into this Walgreens location to pick up a few things she needed after having surgery. When we went to check out, the line was four people deep, all with baskets of items. This employee decided to stroll up to the front so she could lean on a shelf and chat while the cashier rushed to help the customers. After taking my mother to the car, my husband went back in to find a manager, but instead ran into the lazy employee. Turns out she's the HEAD CASHIER and when asked why she left people standing in line to chat with her friends, she rudely told my husband to have a nice day before walking away. Even though CVS has nasty carpet, at least we don't stand in line while the employees get paid to loaf and chat, so that's where we'll be going from now on.
