Oriah was so helpful to my fiancé and I when we went for our 6 month cleaning of my ring. She was very detailed and found a prong lose on one the diamonds. Oriah was also very informative and thorough in the whole process.

Let me start by saying I have bought thousands of dollar of jewelry from this place and never had an issue but tonight I was treated as a second class citizen/criminal when I went in to warranty my ring which I bought last December. The beauty and the beast collection ring. The rose completely fell off and I bought the 189.00 warranty which Is no deductible covers everything. Well so they had the exact ring and went to, what I thought was exchange which I have done before no issue. Well not this time, they wanted 100.00 extra for the inflation over the past mind you a year plus the new warranty of 189.00 total 289.00. I simple asked how an exchanged works like that and I want proof that I have to pay for inflation. The manage and a nosy employee wanted to bully me to pay, that they are allowed to do said charge, I said thats a real shitty attitude... I want to see this in writing and they read me the paper which said" we will exchange the item for the exact item or credit amount paid if item is not available. Mind you been here 45min... now I turn and security is there and I am stunned... Now my 5 kids all visiting the mall come in and again the busy body lady tells the manager oh now she brought more people, I say these are my kids and she's huffing and says yeah right and makes them feel like we are in trouble even a 5 year old:( in the end the manager made a literally 5 sec call to her boss who said no you can't charge them anything and 5 min later minus the new warranty so a big fat 0 paid and my business lost, I was out of there with security following behind and the item I paid for.. Stay away from the warranties and this store save yourself the stress. At the end store manager was clearly sorry/embarrassed she should be ,She made me aware she was sorry which was nice but didn't fix my evening and that she wasn't the person to call security (nosy employee) but again to late and business lost. I will be contacting a lawyer and corporate to make sure this doesn't happen again to anyone, was worst night of my life.. No one should be ripped off at a 4 star company and treated like a criminal for getting what they paid for and I bet my life the store manager has done this to many before me who just PAID.

Excellent customer service! With the new appointment system I don’t have to wait for someone to be available to help me, I just book an appointment and am seen. The employees are very knowledgeable and happy to help with any needs you may have.
