Take 5 Car Wash in Lufkin is part of the country's largest express car wash network, offering a range of wash options to keep vehicles clean and shiny. Their Pro5 washes, featuring Armor All Professional products, include Tire Shine and Ceramic Shield for added protection. Customers enjoy free vacuums and a complimentary Pro5 Detail Center, stocked with microfiber towels and cleaning supplies for both the interior and exterior of vehicles. While many customers appreciate the membership that allows unlimited washes and the friendly staff, some have experienced issues with the wash quality and vacuum functionality. A few reviews mention that dirt is sometimes left on vehicles, and the drying system may not be effective on certain days. However, positive experiences highlight the attentive service provided by staff members, particularly one named Tiffany, who has been noted for her friendly demeanor and helpfulness. Overall, Take 5 Car Wash is favored by many for its convenience and customer service, but there are some areas that could benefit from improvement.
Kayla helped me out… The other car wash the other day was a total loss, no customer service. But today I came to take 5 car wash, Kayla really helped me out… totally nice totally worth that.
