Bathrooms are great variety of drinks are great, but the brisket taste like crap. You can tell it was frozen. You can taste that frozen flavor on the brisket wasting my money on that.

Ugh, I'm not be a native texan, but this one of my favorite parts of being here. I typically head over here with my school's jrotc when we head over to San Antonio for a team building trip and occasionally I'll stop by whenever I make the trip to/through San Antonio otherwise. The bathrooms are always clean, and the store is very orderly. Everything is excellent for the low prices at buc-ee's. My only issue is that it can be very inconvenient to navigate the building when there's a lot of people. The crowding can be overwhelming and quite honestly annoying. Not to mention grueling lines... Other than that my experiences are always exceptional.

You are putting your employees in danger.
At 3 AM this morning you sent a little tiny young blonde employee out to my vehicle to run off a paying customer.
She banged on my van door and proceeded to stand there in the dark parking lot where there was no one out there but me and her. She wouldn’t leave until I left the premises. How unprofessional.
Who does this? This should go to corporate. You are putting your young woman in a position to be sexually assaulted by someone in the future on your property. Just because you don’t want someone parked in your lot.
Your signs state customers can park there and there is no sign stating “no overnight parking”
Do better.

Honestly we were surprised how it wasn't packed with people, especially since it was in the middle of the day. Got a gas pump right away, parked up front, no lines for the restroom, got our delicious brisket right away and plenty of space to move around. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had to move out of ‘line’ a few times at this store due to customers pumping then going into the store when they were done. Some solutions: a message, on a loop at the pumps, about NOT abandoning the vehicle after pumping and going into the store, when done filling up…go park, signs-both at the pumps AND entry pumps about it, having an attendant radio into the store the make/model and license plate of offending people. The traffic around the pumps was dangerous and chaotic. DO BETTER Buc-ees.

My kids love this Buc-ee's and require that we stop each time a road trip takes us by. The restrooms are always clean, the walnuts are always fresh, and the drinks are always cold. It's a bit crowded as most Buc-ee's are and definitly not for people with sensory issues, but with those limitations in mind its a good stop on a long roadtrip.

I love Buc-ees!!! ❤️❤️❤️ No matter which store I visit, they always keep the store clean full of staff members. They're always happy, welcoming, wnd helpful!!! We always go for food but we end up buying other things and hurting our pockets but we don't mind. I love it! II love it! I love buc-ee's ❤️ ❤️ ❤️!!! And of course we always tend to use the food which is always so clean You can live in that restroom in buc-ee's. So satisfying l! I love it! They have the fountain drinks which now they have the buc-ee's soda or cola. But it's good. Not that sweet either. This was my first time going to the luling area which I'm not surprised of how they are cuz Buc-ees rocks! One item I always seem to get are tumblers either the small ones or the medium sized one which is the Yukon brand. I love them and they keep my drink either hot or cold. I've taken my tumblers to camping and I just enjoy them. Thank you, Buc-ee's!!!!

If you’re in a hurry I wouldn’t stop here. If you don’t want to spend money I wouldn’t stop here.
It’s a tourist trap and it’s an awesome one. Totally worth it. Especially if you want a clean bathroom and full service beef jerky bar.

Going from Tampa Florida to New Mexico to start in a new job. Stop at 12 am at this Buc -ee's fueled $ 45, went inside bought the most expensive coffee and sandwich ever aand park the car to rest a few hrs . At 3 am someone knocking my door, was one lady from this place telling me that I have to move , I asked if people are no supposed to take a rest on the gas station whe tired. She said, yes, and we allowed our customers to do it a few hrs now is time for you to move.
Ok. No, argumentos. She is only an employee but BUC - EE'S you kicking out your customers is BS!!!

I bought chicken and fries. More than half of the fries were made with rotten potatoes; other half was good. I hope the management will work on quality control.
