I got my Honda Civic to this scam of a shop that fixed my transmission and the they changed spark plug without permission I paid almost $3,000 to have a Honda 2002 Civic fixed still having problems they didn't check none of the fluids I had to put brake fluid in I had to put power steering in and I had to put water in my radiator which day replaced a clip for my radiator they should add water or coolant in the radiator

They lost my business after the most recent experience, but they’re not hurting for work so who cares honestly. Simple. Instead of saying “yes bring it in and we can look at it and call you tomorrow” just be honest and say “we’re swamped I can’t get to you til Thursday”. Really cost me time and money and ruined their rep for me. Good people, not good business.

We broke down South of Luling on a road trip, luckily we found Bunker automotive! The staff was friendly and professionally explained the work needed and timeline for repairs, and their excellence continued when we picked up our care. You can never be happy when your vehicle breaks down, but we were very fortunate to be close to this amazing shop.

Just a horrible experience overall, took them 6 separate visits to finally find the issue that was going on with my car the entire time. Not only that, this last visit I come to find out someone from there stole every last quarter I had saved up in that car, about $15 worth. Might be other stuff missing as well who knows. Jamie and Mia are great people, but in my experience some of their mechanics are worthy of being fired. If you are going to go there, I would highly suggest making sure Jamie works on your car he is trustworthy, my only issue is with their mechanics.

Radiator overheated on a road trip - almost 5pm when we pulled in. They ordered the part and went to work on it right away. Price was very reasonable, and staff was super friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Wish we lived closer so we could get all our work done here!

I drive all the way down from Austin to have these guys work on my car. They’re honest (my old mechanic lied to me) and have not only diagnosed my car problems fairly quickly but have fixed them same day, which feels almost miraculous. They do nice work for us and their rates are reasonable. The main thing is they actually fix things and keep to schedules. Glad they are here doing what they do - it helps us do what we do....They have done many different mechanical things to our vehicles.
