We were just pulling out of Buc-ee's in Luling with about 3 hours left to our vacation destination and the check engine light came on. We could either turn around and go back home or find a place to get the problem diagnosed so we could figure out if we could keep going. They came out immediately with the diagnostic tool which didn't give a clear answer so the hood was popped and minutes later we were diagnosed. Within 20 min. The parts needed were picked up down the road and issue fixed. Of course, every situation is different, but we were blessed by fast and capable service today. My husband who can be quite the pessimist even had lifted spirits after the expedited. Our family vacation was saved! Wish we lived closer to continue giving them our business. Do them a favor and give them a great review so others in this situation know this is the place to stop!

Had issues with my car AC not blowing cold and with Summer around the corner I was concerned I wouldn’t get it done in time. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time! Great communication on their part!

I got my Honda Civic to this scam of a shop that fixed my transmission and the they changed spark plug without permission I paid almost $3,000 to have a Honda 2002 Civic fixed still having problems they didn't check none of the fluids I had to put brake fluid in I had to put power steering in and I had to put water in my radiator which day replaced a clip for my radiator they should add water or coolant in the radiator

They lost my business after the most recent experience, but they’re not hurting for work so who cares honestly. Simple. Instead of saying “yes bring it in and we can look at it and call you tomorrow” just be honest and say “we’re swamped I can’t get to you til Thursday”. Really cost me time and money and ruined their rep for me. Good people, not good business.

We broke down South of Luling on a road trip, luckily we found Bunker automotive! The staff was friendly and professionally explained the work needed and timeline for repairs, and their excellence continued when we picked up our care. You can never be happy when your vehicle breaks down, but we were very fortunate to be close to this amazing shop.
